Do I need to be an actor or into roleplaying?
Not at all. Think of it like a fun dinner party with a themed twist. You can go all-in or just enjoy the drinks and conversation. There's no pressure, no performance, just a loose structure that makes things more memorable.
How many guests does it work for?
Most themes are designed for 6 to 12 guests, including the host. Some work with fewer. You can always assign characters flexibly or even double up for larger parties.
What do I actually get when I order?
Each Poursona kit includes:
A host guide with everything you need to run the night
Character packets for each guest (including bios, drinks, rituals, and toasts)

Is this a physical kit or a digital download?
Currently, all kits are digital! You’ll receive everything by email—beautifully designed, easy to print or send to your guests. Physical kits may come in the future.
How long does it take to set up?
Planning takes about 30–60 minutes, mostly for assigning characters and gathering ingredients. On the day of the event, give yourself about 30 minutes of setup for drinks and ambiance.
What if I don’t drink alcohol?
You can absolutely play! Every drink includes suggestions for mocktail versions, and the character experience works with or without booze. The rituals, stories, and surprises are what truly make it special.
Do I need to assign characters ahead of time?
We recommend it! Most hosts use our quiz or intuition to match guests with the persona that fits their energy. But if you want to hand out characters randomly at the door? That works too.
Do you offer help if I get stuck?
Yes. We’re here to make sure your night goes off without a hitch. You can reach out any time before or during your party for support. We also include a cheat sheet and optional host checklist in every kit.
